Winemaking
After a manual harvest, the grapes are pressed to obtain a wort, that is fermented to obtain non sparkling base wines. After tasting the wines will be assembled so they are foam.

Flavor character
Fine bubbles cord persistent yellow color with coppery highlights the first nose is slightly animal then it opens with notes of red fruits. The mouth is full and balanced
