Winemaking
After a manual harvest, the grapes are pressed to obtain a wort, that is fermented to obtain non sparkling base wines. After tasting the wines will be assembled so they are foam.

Flavor character
Fine bubbles pretty pink dress shimmering copper with minor first nose is slightly animal then bursts on the palate with notes of red berries and cherries. The mouth is full and well balanced
