Winemaking
After a manual harvest, the grapes are pressed to obtain a wort, that is fermented to obtain non sparkling base wines. After tasting the wines will be assembled so they are foam.

Persistent fine bubbles cord dress golden yellow and the nose is first discrete then opens with notes of citrus. Finesse and harmony complete the picture of this very crude born
