Winemaking
After a manual harvest, the grapes are pressed to obtain a wort, that is fermented to obtain non sparkling base wines. After tasting the wines will be assembled so they are foam.

Flavor character
Fine bubbles, persistent cord dress pale gold. A fresh nose with notes of white fruits, it opens on notes and floral pastry.
